Today we took part in an Action Cancer workshop today which was aimed at highlighting the importance of healthy eating and exercise. We listened to a story about the Farm Olympics and talked about the difference eating well and participating in some exercise can make. We then had a very special visitor, Genevieve the goat. We told Genevieve all that we had learned.
